Store Set-up – Free

Don’t have the time or expertise to set up your online store? No problem, we’ll handle all the grunt work for you and create a store for you using our e-commerce partner – Shopify.

When setting up new stores, most people tend to ignore the basics, like creating an ‘About’ page, a FAQ page, legal pages, adding contact information and so on. They might not sound like much, but they really do matter in building trust with new visitors. Here’s what we’ll do for you –

  • Organize (and/or import) your product information, pricing and photos
  • Create and write the following pages – About, FAQ, Contact, ToS, Privacy Policy, Shipping and Returns
  • Set up a toll-free 1-800 number
  • Install and configure a premium theme
  • Set up your site structure, home page and navigation
  • Help with basic configuration of domains and payments
  • Give you the initial training you need to operate and maintain your new store

The standard pricing for a setup service, if you look at the Shopify Experts section, is $500 (not including the $140 premium theme). However, subscribers to this site get the service for free. Shoot us an e-mail and we’ll get you sorted out at no cost!

Consulting – $100/hour

Every business is different, each with its own unique challenges. You can find enough and more information on running your e-commerce business, yet sometimes it helps to get a third opinion or talk to an expert. With a consultation call you can get –

  • Design critique – A live design breakdown of your site, along with specific changes and instructions on how to test and track the results of each change.
  • Marketing Plan – A comprehensive marketing plan tailored to your business, along with traffic and sales goals to keep you accountable and motivated.

The regular rate for a consulting call is $100 per hour but as a subscriber you get the first 30 minutes for free.

Product Copy – $0.20/word

Writing compelling copy for your product can drastically increase conversions. Think about it, your product copy is the last thing customers see before they decide to click the ‘Buy Now’ button. If the product description doesn’t convince customers to buy, they’re going to leave.

If you want to learn more about writing great product copy, have a look at this article. If, instead, you don’t have the time or the experience, you can hire us to write it for you. Subscribers get copy for the first product free.
